
Pennie's Easy Mac

Ingredients
- 16.00 oz Penne Pasta
- 2.00 packages Tillamook Colby Jack
- 3.00 cups Whole Milk
- 3.00 tbsp Flour
- 3.00 tbsp Salted Butter
- 1.00 tsp Dried Mustard
- 2.00 dashes Franks Hot Sauce
Instructions
- 1.Cook pasta 1-2 minutes past what the box directions say.
- 2.While the pasta is boiling, in a medium saucepan, melt butter on low and add flour and dry mustard, whisk until blended.
- 3.Slowly add the milk whisking until combined. Add the Franks hot sauce and simmer at medium heat, whisking occasionally until thickened. (About 10 minutes)
- 4.Lower temp and add cheese, whisk until combined.
- 5.Drain pasta, return to pot and pour in cheese mixture. Mix until well blended, put a lid on and rest for 5 minutes.
- 6.Stir and serve!
